From humble beginnings at Corinne’s home in 1982, we’ve grown into one of the most respected off-premise caterers on Long Island and in New York. Our love of food and hospitality has taken our team on a journey that has touched the lives of thousands of customers and their guests. Our Family goes back four generations in the restaurant and catering business. In the 1930’s, Paul Futerman started the family’s first delicatessen in Brooklyn, selling corned beef, pastrami, and pickles. His son, Stewart, later expanded the business to Queens and Long Island. Stewart grew up in the business and later had a vision to start a catering company with his wife Corinne. And thus Corinne’s Concepts in Catering began in their home more than 38 years ago.
Today, Corinne and Stewart’s two sons Jarid and Keith, who both hold degrees in Restaurant & Foodservice Management, help lead the company. A third son, Bryan, has been a professional chef for many years at top restaurants on Long Island, Manhattan, and in the Hamptons and is now a private chef. Corinne’s Concepts in Catering continues to grow with the addition of two businesses. Stewart’s Mobile Concepts, which operates a fleet of mobile kitchens, as well as providing customized remote catering services across the country. Corinne’s Gourmet Selections, which specializes in the manufacturing of wholesale foods sold in many fine gourmet shops including our famous line of gourmet dips, and our catalog of gourmet gift baskets shipped nationwide.

Planning and delivering memorable events has been Corinne’s passion since she began creating spectacular backyard parties for family & friends 38 years ago. Starting with a home-based operation with Corinne cooking, organizing, and delivering all aspects of an event, she quickly grew the entire operation into a success.
Leading a team of experienced chefs, servers, and event planners, Corinne always seeks to provide the highest level of service. Whether you’re hosting a small home gathering, an elaborate wedding, or a corporate event with thousands of guests, Corinne continuously checks in on all the details. Her drive to make your event everything you’ve dreamed of is unmatched.
Whether the occasion is with celebrity clients or a neighbor next door, Corinne takes the time to understand your needs and transform ideas into reality. From launching Corinne’s Gourmet Selections – a line of refrigerated gourmet dips sold in over 500 supermarkets nationwide – to overseeing a fleet of mobile kitchens, her creativity, and business savvy has powered a dynamic organization.
Jarid has been coordinating high profile events for over 30 years. He advocates for his clients with a personalized management style and works as a team player on all catering and logistical details.
With a keen awareness of front and back of the house activities, Jarid is a hospitality professional who takes a hands on approach as Director Of Operations for two businesses – Corinne’s Concepts in Catering, and Stewart’s Mobile Concepts. His broad based management expertise has produced quality results for thousands of successful events ranging from corporate receptions, and large-scale outdoor events to intimate gatherings.
With capabilities in planning, menu selection, and event management, Jarid has run events for the Ted Turner Foundation Educational Retreat, US Tennis and Golf Open Tournaments, Aramark, Estee Lauder, Electrolux, the Hampton Classic Horse Show, MLB, the World Series, CBS Sports, Nickelodeon, HBO, Chris Rock, Mariah Carey, Eminem, Kid Rock, Kelly Ripa, and many more.
Jarid holds a B.A. Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from New York Institute of Technology.
Keith has been leading Stewart’s Mobile Concepts for over 25 years, providing the best in nationwide mobile kitchen rentals and related temporary kitchen equipment solutions.
Working in a variety of situations such as hurricane recovery efforts on the Gulf Coast, trade shows, hospital kitchen renovations, touring with the Kitchen Nightmares production team, or backstage catering for the Rolling Stones, Keith has expertly handled a myriad of events.
Managing engagements from start to finish, he handles equipment selection, overall logistics of mobilization, transportation, on-site setup, utility hook ups, and demobilization of a fleet of tractor trailer size mobile kitchens, walk-in refrigeration units, temporary dining structures, and more.
Clients have included, Apple, Google, Madison Square Garden, Legal Seafoods, PGA, US Coast Guard, US Navy, CBS Sports, YMCA, Ferrari, Aramark, Temple University Hospital, Saratoga Race Course, Warner Bros., and Habitat For Humanity just to name a few.
Aside from the mobile kitchen rental business, Keith is also part of a 4th generation family food business. He has been successfully managing Corinne’s Gourmet Selections, Inc. for over 25 years, which manufactures a line of refrigerated gourmet dips, and other wholesale foods. The gourmet dip line is sold in over 500 supermarkets and fine food stores nationwide.
Keith holds a BS Degree in Restaurant & Foodservice Management with Honors from Syracuse University and is a current member of the Specialty Food Association.
