Our Family goes back three
generations in the restaurant and catering business. In the
1930's, Paul Futerman started the family's first delicatessen
in Brooklyn, selling corned beef, pastrami, and pickles. His
son, Stewart, later expanded the business to Queens and Long
Island. Stewart grew up in the business and later had a vision
to start a catering company with his wife Corinne. And thus
Corinne's Concepts in Catering began in their home more than
20 years ago.
love of food and hospitality has taken her on a journey that
has touched the lives of so many of her clients and their
guests. Making the important moments in your life exceptional
through great food and impeccable service is what we are all
about. Our reputation and impressive client
list is a reflection of this mission. Our dedication and

Corinne and Stewart's two sons Jarid and Keith, who both hold
degrees in Restaurant Management, have positions within the
company. A third son, Bryan, is a French trained Peter Kump
graduate, who was number one in his class, and now teaches
cooking classes. Corinne's Concepts
in Catering continues to grow with the addition of two businesses.
Mobile Concepts, which focuses on providing mobile kitchen
rentals and catering services across the country, and Corinne's
Gourmet Selections, which specializes in the manufacturing
of wholesale foods sold in fine gourmet shops along with a
retail catalog of gourmet gift baskets.

commissary located in Huntington Station,
